Altitude and Attitude In Food Industry.
Hi all. I am a no Master or Ph.D or any related to the academia or what sort whatever. I am just a simple guy, with simple thinking method. And today, i am gonna talk about the Altitude and Attitude in Food Industry.
Since from years ago, back to 50’s until today – everyone hunts or look for food. The difference between us and scavengers is – we have a choice to pick, select and taste, while a scavengers only grab what it is in front of him.
So put it in a way – since we are the person who has the bargaining chips (pick,select and taste) – of course we will often go back to the foodstop and foodspots which we are comfortable with. Oh, yes – we would like to be greeted, smiled upon, chit chat a little with the order takers, ask some questions or in a way – what humans do.
But unfortunately, now which is to my point, the human touch nowadays is getting much more ill and rotten. Most probably, the younger generation is lacking of human social skills. In a way – they just work to fuel up for gadget needs rather on the customer satisfaction.
So, for a quick blog as to startup – a simple tips for me. Running a business is not solely on money making. The niche is about the human touch and what your employee will sacrifice for you. As simple as that.
